Refund policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. That includes sale items, bundles and kits, and products you've opened or partly used.

How to return

Email us at ryan@beyondstonesolutions.com with your order number and what you're returning, then ship the product to: Beyond Stone Solutions, 2039 E Cedar St #104, Tempe, AZ 85281, United States. Once we receive it, we'll refund your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of shipping your return to us. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost to you: email us a photo and we'll replace it or refund it, including shipping.

Subscriptions

The same guarantee applies to each Subscribe & Save delivery. You can skip or cancel your subscription at any time.
