Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders of $75 or more

US orders of $75 or more ship free with standard shipping. For orders under $75, you'll see live USPS and UPS rates at checkout and pay only the actual shipping cost.

Processing and delivery

We ship from Arizona. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Standard shipping usually arrives in 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. Faster options are shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email ryan@beyondstonesolutions.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) and we'll replace it or refund it.

We ship anywhere in the United States. International rates are shown at checkout where available.
